Praetoria/Resistance Then Villian/Rogue -- Best server for like-minded teams?

I wish you luck. 
If you don't get any bites right away, you may want to try making it themed. People tend to like themed teams a lot.
Generally, Freedom and Virtue are the best 2 servers to try for anything, as they're the ones that have the highest population.

I was thinking today of posting on the Freedom board to see if anyone wanted to team for Praetoria starting content.
I'm not interested in going villain afterwards.
But if you start this let me know and I will see if I can join. I just can't play tues/wed

Even if we can team just in Praetoria, that'd be cool. Plus, as I said, I want to go Villian/Rogue. So, you could see me hero-side again.Open to more. Anyone else on Freedom want in on the action?
Argh! I discovered last night that evidently the character transfer mechanic requires a PRE-EXISTING unlocked slot on the destination server. So, I'd have to spend more money to unlock a slot. Grrrrr.
Kinda lame. What the process SHOULD do is unlock a slot, transfer the character and then close the slot behind you.
I guess I'll have to try and make this work on Justice.

I have a brand new Praetorian clockwork mastermind character I've created on Justice and I'd really like to experience the Resistance arc with a few teammates. And then move on to red-side for vilian stuff.
Of course, nearly every server only has lighter populations on both the Praetoria and Villian areas. But I'm wondering if there are a few people out there either on Justice or a different server that would like to run a consistent team 1-3 times a week (depending on group availability) and who would like to keep going from Praetoria into Villian side.
I'm a premium player with only 2 server transfer tokens from previous brief VIP status. So, I'm willing to move to the best place, but don't have a lot of mobility to shop.

OH, and I normally am available to play primarily:
Mon-Fri = Between 6:00pm PST (9:00pm EST) and Midnight (3:00am EST)
Weekends = Intermittently, but generally between 10:00pm PST and midnight.
Help!
