I'm assuming you meant to put a Steadfast res/def +3% in True Grit?
I would drop at least one slot from Active Defense.
I think you'd be happier with Fireball.
Personally, I wouldn't slot the Glad Armor Unique.
perma jump is ---> /up 1
I would drop something to grab build up, tanker damage isn't stellar, but at least build up helps here and there, also, don't tank mother mayhem, abyssmal def and res vs psi XD.
I took an old build off of the Tank Guide in the Tank Forums and retooled it a bit because it was from i14. I'm not a rich guy, but I could swing the Emp Merits to get the one uber expensive PvP IO I have in there.
Anyway, I'm not very good at building or rebuilding for the most part. I want to be a fun tanky tank, which is why I'm not takin' ol' Invuln/Axe instead. I'm going to use this guy on TFs and Trials, my goal is not to die and to make sure the people around me do not die as well. I would greatly welcome any critiques, criticisms, and insights!
