Any comments? I am uncomfortable with the heavy blow slotting, for one.

Why don't you try Agility Core Paragon
I wanted to run Musculature on a Scrapper for once.
I would run musculature if it actually affected Criticals but it doesn't so I thought maybe agility for the recharge/defense/end mod

Here's a rebuild based on 3-slotting the Scrapper's Strike ATO into Heavy Blow and also Spinning Strike. That will net 10% S/L def enough to keep the build soft-capped to S/L. I moved around some other slots (now freed up). Heavy Blow will get at least 2 procs. Spinning Strike probably gets the Scrapper Critical proc and some other frankenslot to reach the right numbers.
I also will be enhance boosting a number of IOs on this build, since I have a ton of boosters now post many many Hero packs.

Looking for feedback on this StJ/WP scrapper.
Sits at soft-cap to S/L/E/N, with Shadow Meld for extra def as needed (alphas). Also has 635% regen with 1 foe in RTTC, about 50hp/sec at lvl 50 with no accolades.
Assume will run musculature alpha for dmg and perhaps Vorpal Judgement for extra def.
Issues: endo recovery seems a bit low -- couldn't find enough slots. Also, am concerned about the attack chain ... can't get CU down enough to run RC-SB-HB-RC-SB-CU.
Suggestions/comments appreciated!
