Waist capes

I know ... standard code rant ... bah bah bah.

I'm just throwing this out there for when and if more waist capes become avail. I would like them to fall at the hips and/or shoulders flowing down the side of the body. I think it would look cool.

The butt capes are on the widow females at the moment, so I don't think a code rant is needed :P

Trench coats also count as butt capes.

if they happen i'd really prefer them to be added to all models. i dont see why it cant be added into the tails option [that way you can still wear a belt.] XD

Tail: Waist Cape
Options: long/short/DvD Edition, Origin Capes, Valkyrie, Etc.
Options [for long short]: [insert long list here ]

done! clipping? whatever. clipping has never bothered me, because so many things already clip to some degree. i'd rather have a waist cape, same placement as widows currently, to complete so many of my themes. on all body types.



that way i can finally have a dang feathered tail.

also, please make a tentacle cape [four to six tentacles like a squid or octopus [think cape of the four winds meets mutant origin cape] hanging from my back or as a tail/waist cape would be amazeballs]. that is all.
