Another tip -
if you expect to sell more of these in the future, after a clean, no hassle sale, ask the buyer to post such in response to your thread.
Then, use the same thread to sell the next, that way prospective buyers will know that you're not out to rip anybody off.
Not that it happens that often, but some folks (like me) are nervous about large transactions.
