Definitely keep it. It provides a big chunk (7%) of your Defense in addition to extra mezz resistance and Damage Resistance that scales up as your HP drops. On top of all that, it's an auto power. No need to toggle it and it doesn't burn any Endurance. It's a great power that, IMO, is a must have.

resistance to mez effects (note that's resistance, not protection, so you'll still want Indomitable Will)
resistance to all damage types that scales up as you lose health, like Super Reflexes
Bonus defense (this is the biggest reason you take the power)
Not a minus in sight.
Also your only defdebuff resistance.
So i built a widow, and chose foresight from it secondary pool, and was wondering if that was a good way to go. I haven't respeced yet. i noticed it had a bunch of -'s to it so i wasn't sure if it was all that worth it
