Assuming that you've filed with the super group registrar to make the base in the first place, and for whatever reason it is now gone, then yes, this is something you should file a petition over.
Oh, and you are VIP, right? You can't make/edit bases if you're a freemium.

Did you change alignments right before it happened? I dunno if that could be a cause, but maybe.

Ironically, I am only have this issue with my base on Freedom Server - Virtue and Triumph Bases are fine...
The Freedom Base was my 1st and largest with at least a billion in IOs AND all of my prestige is gone!!

Free and Premium players can't interact with the SG registrar. This means creating SGs, asking the registrar to create a base after starting an SG, paying rent, exchanging inf into prestige, and seeing the server's list of top prestige-banked SGs.
Free and Premium players are fully capable of editing bases, because it has nothing to do with the SG registrar.
