Didn't see any of these in the patch notes, but here's some difference from Live that I've noticed so far:


Controllers / Dominators

• Electric Control / Gremlins:
  Live:

  40% Resistant to Energy
  

  Beta:

  40% Resistant to Energy
  30% Resistant to Smashing, Lethal
  

• Ice Control / Jack Frost:
  Live:

  60% Resistant to Cold
  10% Resistant to Fire
  

  Beta:

  60% Resistant to Cold
  10% Resistant to Fire
  25% Defense vs. Smashing, Lethal, Energy, Negative Energy, Psionic, AOE
  35% Defense vs. Fire, Cold
  

• Plant Control / Fly Trap:
  Live:

  20% Resistant to Smashing, Toxic, Psionic
  -10% Resistant to Negative, Fire, Cold
  25% Defense vs. Psionic
  

  Beta:

  30% Resistant to Smashing, Energy, Negative Energy, Cold, Toxic, Psionic
  25% Defense vs. Psionic
  +200% Regeneration
  

Scrappers

• Titan Weapons / Crushing Blow

  PvP Damage of fast version increased from 80 to 112.
  PvP Damage of slow version increased from 108.7 to 152.2.
  

Controllers / Corruptors / Defenders / Masterminds

• Trick Arrow / Poison Gas Arrow

  Now accepts Accuracy enhancements.
  The sleep pulses from the patch now have 1.5 accuracy, and hit 100% of the time in PvE instead of only having a 66% chance to proc.
  Duration of the Mastermind version fixed to be 20 seconds like the others and not 4.

Some nice and needed changes to the weaker pets. I wish the Gremlins did more damage, but more Resistance is good.

So is PGA now basically similar to Static Field that only affects minions?

I agree that Trick Arrow still desperately needs -Regen, although this is a nice small buff.
