According to Mids, it's flagged "Effect does not stack from same caster", so no. Also, it's only -7.5% res on a brute.
Of course that means it propabbly DOES stack if someone else lands Rib Cracker.
Just think. One AV vs Melee ATs with Rib Cracker.

Where does MIDS display the "Effect does not stack from same caster" info?

If you mouse over the -res in the power info, it displays that.

... and by stack I'm asking about the -10% dam res.
If it does stack... is there a max (i realize it lasts for 13.something secs)? Just feeling too lazy to go test it... but if no one answers I'm sure i'll go test it.
