StJ/SD questions
Skip Initial Strike. A good builder chain can be made with Heavy Blow, Rib Cracker and Shin Breaker.
Skip either Sweeping Cross or Spinning Strike. Having 3 Finishers is excessive IMO. SS is a better attack but SC takes better IO sets.
Battle Agility, Active Defense and Grant Cover all add to DDR. GC is a set amount and not enhanceable. AD needs a good recharge, down to about 60 secs, so that it's DDR effects can stack. Try slotting Enzyme Exposures (end/def deb) and maybe add a Membrane Exposure (rech/def). It is pretty tough to get DDR to 95% without spending a lot of slots. I have 88% and it seems to work out well for me.
While leveling I would take all of the StJ attack powers (skipping Confront). It makes forging an attack chain much easier. After my StJ/SD hit 50 I switched to an IO build that let me drop both Initial Strike and Sweeping Cross. Most people seem to keep SC, but I don't miss it. This is the build, if you're curious. I think it's one of my better ones.

Having gotten my Wm/Sr Scrapper and Fm/Inv Br00t up to 50, I have decided to try out a StJ/SD scrapper.
This being my first /SD toon, I figured I'd better come to the source of all knowledge.
After I get a few basics out of the way, I will work on a build and post it for feedback.
In Street Justice, are there any powers that are skippable? I mean besides confront? I know the combo system is different than DB. Is it necessary take all of the combo builders?
For shield, I remember reading somewhere that it is possible to achieve 95% DDR, but it requires the use of a Hami-O, but which one and which power?
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
