Ah, Tourist Wife, you silly lass! You did not know how EVIL he is! He is a Rouge Angle of SATIN! 
"How do you know you are on the side of good?" a Paragon citizen asked him. "How can we even know what is 'good'?"
"The Most High has spoken, even with His own blood," Melancton replied. "Surely we know."
Is it wrong that while reading that, in my head I added the voices of the Bunkers to go with it?

I don't understand. Why would a local municipal authority have "National" in its title?

Not to different around here, got cities with a National bank named after them, and the only branch is in said cities.
I am taking my sig to MWO and MWT. Let them wonder what it means.
Tourist Wife: Oh, my goodness! Arnold... while we're here we simply HAVE to stop by the Paragon parks... from everything I've heard the hiking here is spectacular!
Tourist Husband: Really? The brochures all said we were better off avoiding the parks because of roving gangs and serious environmental hazards.
Tourist Wife: That doesn't sound right at all... I just heard a hero talking about how much he really wants to go explore some trails... he was talking about the BAF trail and the LAM trail... why.. he even mentioned there's an Underground trail! He sounded very enthusiastic about it all...
Tourist Husband: Huh... which hero was talking about all that?
Tourist Wife: That one... the nice gentleman by the name of Rouge Angle...
