Mastermind locked but i have epic villian archtype?

To have MMs unlocked, you need 13 reward tokens. If you don't have 13 reward tokens, you won't have MMs unlocked and need to either obtain more reward tokens (every 1200 paragon points you buy grants a reward token, or you can go VIP and subscribe until you have enough tokens from the monthly award) or purchase the account unlock on the Paragon Market.
Epic ATs being unlocked without purchase is a rare bug.

If you managed a L50 toon on that account Before you went Preem, then that's why you have Epics unlocked.
Edit: or did they change that to a lower level? either way if you had a max level toon, then they're unlocked.

I was a 1 year 10 months subscriber before COH went free. According to my cousin I should have masterminds unlocked and the epic archtypes locked but i dont. I was wondering if it would be possible to unlock the master mind archtype and locked the epic archtype. I much rather have my masterminds than the epic archtype.
