Locked out of Power Sets

Namely:

Beam Rifle
Street Justice
Titan Weapons

I did deactivate my VIP status, but that doesn't take effect till the 13th...but regardless, I already paid for these sets...

and waiting on CS to get back to me *sigh*

Log out, then log in again. Sometimes it's just the game server losing its connection to the account server, so the game believes you aren't allowed access to those powers. Logging back in should restore the connection.
