"Purchase costume pieces" when all pieces are OWNED!

Today I tried creating a character on Exalted and when I tried registering, it made some kind of fuss that I couldn't register him because I needed "to purchase costume pieces in the Paragon Market." Problem is, I own all the costume pieces there is currently to own and it wouldn't let me know which one that I needed to "buy." I even tested every damn piece one at a time and nothing changed or removed would allow me to create him!!! What the **** is wrong?

(And for those with the obvious stupid question, look left at my name and take note of what color it is.)

Well, ain't that weird. I went around checking other servers to see if the character name I wanted was available on them (it wasn't), then went back to Exalted to grudgingly try again. It went through this time. Again, WTF?

I've run into a similar issue on exalted with street justice and beam rifle...characters around level 20ish and they are locked because I 'must buy access' to the powersets. (Like when I made them)

For the 'must be purchased' purchased powers I just log into another server, then back to exalted after a few seconds, and when that is finicky, just waiting a bit longer does the trick. If that doesn't solve the issue, then I'm not sure what to say.

Yeah, sometimes the market database doesn't hook up correctly to the account database. It just needs a jog to get it working again. Sometimes as easy as swapping servers, sometimes requires logout/back in, sometimes requires closing down and waiting a few minutes before getting back in.

Had the same happen to me too, but only on Exalted i notice his misbehaviour (i play regulary on 9 different servers).

Usually going back to server select and hitting Exalted again fix it.....

U can see it directly if the correct Reward tokens /Transfers are showing up (having currently 36 unused reward tokens and 6 Transfers)......
