It would do nothing--they would ignore it and continue running.
I don't think the lieuts are mezzable either, by any means. Anyone know specifically?
When I'm playing a toon with good single target damage, I usually target the lieuts and chase them down, because they aren't going to stop no matter what you do, so they have to be damaged as fast as possible. It seems to be a good strategy, never had much of a problem with escapees on a BAF when I'm doing that.
Confusion, as far as I know, basically swaps friend and foe for purposes of targeting. Since the prisoners aren't attacking, confusing them will do nothing. At best, it might make their own confuse aura target each other instead of players.
If I confused a group of prisoners (not the harden commandos) in a BAF trial who are trying to escape, what exactly would they do? Would they run back to their respective entrances or just ignore this power entirely?
