CoH random crashes - possibly related to video card

I've just come back to playing City of Heroes after a year or so hiatus. Problem is, I can't stay in a mission for longer than 15 minutes without crashing to desktop (display freezes, sound stops, then white screen with the option to close the program). I'm hoping that this is a common problem that is solvable.

Some people have said 11.12 is stable others disagree. Given the mixed reviews I have not given those drivers any endorsement.

Tried 11.9, crashed after two missions. Rolled back to 11.2, haven't had any issues.

What sorts of temps are you getting?

It could most certainly be a temp issue

GPU temps look good. Your CPU temps are Smoking! 78C is enough to fry an egg! If you are not OC'ing your CPU...ouch.

If it goes much over 60C you are asking for instability, 75C is about the max for that chip.

The 1.04V VCore min looks odd as well unless your PC had just come out of hibernate.

And I don't believe that 675000 RPM figure - I suspect thats more a bug with the hardware monitor though.
