Hallo folks,
I've tried digging back to see if I can see any emp/elec builds buried in the boards, but can't - that said, there've been some really useful ones for emp/x there which have helped.

I've never used mids before, and don't really get the numbers side of the game, but the other threads definitely seemed to push on the "5 slots good, 6 slots bad" motif - not sure if that's universal for all sets and powers though?

Anyway, I'd be grateful for any suggestions as to glaring or subtle stupidity on show, or things that would make the whole thing tick so much better.

Here is my try, better buffs and faster recharge. While you can do better on what levels to slot in which powers ( I was doing it quick), its still a good build for at least some ideas on how you may want to do it yourself.
