Ice/Ice/Cold Blaster build

I'd appreciate some feedback on this build! I went for softcapped smashing/lethal defense, and then recharge. I went for Agility as Alpha, and Ageless as Destiny.

Hoarfrost is near-perma.

I'll have to take a look at it when I get home, but the general idea behind it is sound.

You're 9 hit points shy of the blaster hp cap without hoarfrost. Why do you want perma-hoarfrost? I'd swap it for Aim in a heartbeat. Other than that, build looks good.
edit to add: That's with accolades turned on. If you're not planning on getting the accolades, it makes more sense.
another edit to correct: I was thinking 1590 for cap. It's 1606. So you're 25 hp away. *shrug* Apologies for the misinformation. I still think 25hp is close enough to make hoarfrost not really worth it.

I like most of what I see - but I am puzzled about not having Aim. I kind of like shiver myself, but, with snowstorm, it could be overkill.

I also see two travel powers. This to me doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but that's just me.

On the ice patch, I don't think your endurance is gonna be that bad - maybe a recharge in there instead of the end reduction.

Hibernate, in my mind is just a dog power. If you plan on staying awhile, you'll end up with Return to battle (vet temp)which rezzes you like a level rez, only half health. But with all the inspirations it gives you, plus you're untouchable for a brief time, in my mind, that's better than hibernate. With all the control at your fingertips, you won't be getting into that much trouble, I don't think.

Eji: I agree with some of your advice. Get Aim!
Icy_Shard: You are headed for .......the wrong place, in my opinion.

Get a stealth proc, and lose the concealment power pool stealth. With the slots you save, and the power you save, you can get maneuvers which won't slow your movement down and provide the same option for lotg.

I think heal other and aid self are kind of ....well, more reactive than proactive. Get tough and weave, and you won't have to be healing yourself nearly as much as you might think.
