There should be a patch of ice under Maelstrom when he starts walking in the TPN cutscene

It was due to someone using the "Instant Snowstorm" temporary power. It can happen anywhere. Had someone use it near me and I had snow in the tailor. It was neat. 
Anyways, yeah. I'm sure someone can go more in depth, but that is the gist of it.

I'd love to see other little things like thing find their way into cutscenes during Events. Maybe Mother with a stocking hat? Antimatter with a string of bells around his next? Marauder with a big candycane sticking out his pocket? Going to see if it works in some of the other ones! |
Hate that cutscene with the burning fury of a thousand supernova-ing suns. And yes, it still triggers 99% of the time.
