i like dark/poison, especially with incarnates.
i ride those liek pr0n star.
(plus it's kinda funny listening to people cry about them just like fiteclubbers cry about candy).
The only one of those I would NOT reccomend is dark/mental, dark has much more synergy with EM then MM. If I had to choose one... I would go dark/em, was fun on a cheap build when I had mine for a week or so.
Also, proc'd out Blaster Dark Blast can wreck faces, especially if you can get your attack chain off quickly (which is another reason EM is nice, for BR). Powerboost gives a noticeable boost to your heals and -tohit, coupled with frozen armor you might even drop people's chance to hit you!

Dark/cold corrs and cold/dark defenders work pretty well for 1v1s.
What are some good picks for non-melee arena.
