Problem upgrading to Premium/Trustworthy badge

If you have two or more reward tokens, you should be able to send tells, join supergroups, etc.
You can Ask a Question as a Premium user, which will allow you to converse via email with support staff, which will show up in your petition history.
Alternately, Premium users can email support directly, but this will not show up in your petition history on the ask a question website: support@ncsoft.com

If you are looking on the Game Accounts or Game Accounts Details page on the NCSoft site and see it listed as Free, that would still be correct.
The site doesn't differentiate between Free and Premium, both are labeled as Free.
The only other account type listed is VIP.
As Aggelakis said, you need to have at least two tokens to send tells, join supergroups etc.
To be able to join global channels you need at least three tokens.
You can see all of the correct Paragon Reward information at ParagonWiki.
You should open the Paragon Rewards window when you are in-game and check to see how many Reward Tokens it shows you have earned. If it isn't at least two, then you won't have access to SGs, tells, etc.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I have two problems that are rotating around the same thing. I read that you could upgrade to Premium by buying from the Paragon Market so I spent $5.00, bought points, spent them in the market and yet a day later, over 24-hours, my account is still labeled 'free.' On the same token I have earned my trustworthy badge but still cannot send tells, join the global chat, or join my friends supergroup.
I sent a ticket in-game but realized they will not respond to that so I'm hoping someone here can tell me what might be going on or if I read all those sites wrong. Thanks ahead of time!
