If you toggle one on whilst the other is running, it will toggle off the first one. AA+SS+ a stealth proc all together is less stealth than SI. That said, I don't use SI because I like AA. For the group buff.

I dropped both SI and GI on my Ill/Cold by using Arctic Fog + Super Speed. Cold has enough places for a LotG Recharge that I felt that SI and GI can be skipped.
