/bug Gunslinger 02 belt for females lacks an interior color selector

You can set an interior color. Unfortunately it's like trenchcoats, and you have to apply it universally. Then you can change whatever needs it.

'Don't be impertinent,' said the King, 'and don't look at me like that!' He got behind Alice as he spoke.
'A cat may look at a king,' said Alice.
The Bolero works the same way. Match colors globally then turn it off and fix everything else.
The wedding veil also works the same way.
Edit: As well as the wedding tuxedo.
Apparently applying the same colour selector code that capes use isn't workable for some reason and neither is making the interior colours use the same variable as the exterior colours.

The Gunslinger 02 belt for females-- the ribboned bustle with a train, the lacks an interior color selector.
It can be colored manually by editing a .costume file.
If you fix this, please DO NOT fix it by disabling the interior colors. Rather add the interior color selector. Otherwise, please leave it broken.
