so if a Night Widow exmplars down below 20 she loses stealth?

But go further and you're travelling back in time to when she was just a nameless minion. Of course she's going to lose the marks of having "made it" as a highly trained Night Widow assassin.
You're not going to be spending a lot of time Ex'd below 15 in any event... unless you have an unquenchable craving for Death From Below.

I was thinking Posi and Synapse. And some Oro stuff.
Since I came from Redside and switched to Blue I have to complete some low level stuff.
Posi will make me 15 I think, so I'd lose it
Posi I is 15, Posi II is 16.
For powers when exemplaring, you get to keep them as if you were 5 levels higher. So, for Posi I, you should have access to powers up to level 20.

And with gaining exp while exemped... is a useful trick to out-level the TF, and then do them with more powers for fun and profit.

As Zombie Man noted, you keep your level 20 power as far down as level 15. Even Posi 1 lets you keep that (unless your team leader is too low I guess). There are no TFs that exemplar you below 15, and not many flashback arcs. So you will rarely, if ever, find yourself without Mask Presence. Even when you do, it is not so build-defining that you can't play without it; after all, you did so for the first 23 levels.
