Does force feedback rech proc on each jump or only the first?

Only the first, subsequent jumps are made by an invisible pseudopet.

Based on the guidance of a fellow dominator board regular, I tried it out, firing the power every time it's available, and I gotta say, my results were less than inspiring. I don't think I've ever seen the power proc.
