Not much Elitism, don't know where "people" come up with that and theirs no a-hats. They all went back to freedom or stayed on Freedom
Only troubles we have is Global Channels, right now we have around 20+? A new one is popping up weekly if not daily now days.
Devs do pay attention to the VIPS on Exalted. They play with us Weekly if not daily when they're not busy. They are hosting a Winter Themed CC December 22nd.
Largest and Most Active Group on Exalted! Daily Teams, events, raids, trials, task/strike forces! /chanjoin OOCIC - 7Servers, 20bases, 8 bases in top 100! - We have ventrilo and forums!

I'll have to talk to my friends about transferring, but I do believe I will take the leap of faith and send over my PB. I think that worse comes to worse I can simply transfer him back over.

Trust me, its a nice server. I've only ran into a handful(10ish) of a-hats that earned a spot on my global ignore. Other than that its a good server.

1. Yes, there is plenty of level 50+ activity these days.
2. As for RP, none that I'm aware of. That doesn't mean there isn't RP on Exalted, but there hasn't been any that I've encountered.
3. There's very little elitism to be found on Exalted. Most people are friendly and welcoming. There's always those precious few, but those that either wanted Exalted to be or thought Exalted would be an elitist server where everyone was expected to be hardcore have moved on.
4. Nope, not unreasonable at all. If you have any questions, or need any help, feel free to contact me in game at @Celestial Lord. Your best bet to find activity quickly on the server would be to join one of the server global channels. I'd recommend either Exalted Events or Exalted League. To join Exalted Events, type in game: /chan_join "Exalted Events" To join Exalted League, type in game: /chan_join "Exalted League"

yay! another all human form PB. Now maybe I wont get so much s**t for playin on mine!.
Oh, and matt and celestial nailed it.. just a few a**hats here and there, generally speaking everyone is super nice and outgoing... always willing to help.

We have weekly hamidon raids, RWZ Mothership Raids and CoP's, not to mention all the daily trials and such.
Global channels are an issue. My best suggestion would be to try some out and get a feel for them. Im sure the second you log in, you will be pounced on with global invites to join some.. I personaly currently mod 2 channels, exalted league and exalted events. We try to keep the Motd up to date and advertise the raids, trials, and events in those.

Exalted is as good as any other server. Been kinda quiet lately due to the holidays(I hope). The best way to get things moving when you arrive here is to start your own teams. Exalted needs leaders.
BTW, my PB is working on her incarnate stuff Cherry. Not even level shifted and I do very well on BAF and Lamda. The only time I'm defeated is when I don't watch light form.
