Fire/Earth and i21

Hello forumites.

Dominators are one of those classes that have always looked fun to me, but I've never bothered playing it much.

So, I have a Fire/Earth sitting at ~L40 that I'm thinking of dusting off. I'd be interested in turning him into a solo monster (which it should be fairly easy since damage output is not an issue).

I've been surfing through the domi forums and there aren't many recent builds regarding this combo, so I thought I'd ask someone with Domi XPerience for a few suggestions.
Money isn't really an issue, but I'd like to stay away from PvP sets.

I was thinking of going Ice mastery, just because sleet is that good. As for incarnates, that's something I haven't even STARTED reading/exploring about - so I'm completely clueless here.

I'm going to give a shout out for Primal Forces Mastery. Fire/Earth will be in melee range almost exclusively. PFM has ET - single best melee attack for doms. You can also get two ranged AoE blasts, which you'll have little of from your assault set, so it gives you the option when you can't close to melee. Fire Cages has -kb, so no need to worry about mobs flying away even if you use the AoE blasts in melee range. The shield is SL only, but you could supplement with Tough and some IO set bonuses to really be an anti-SL build.

For incarnate, I think you'll have endurance problems even if you're a permadom. So look at Cardiac. End/Res/Range would be a good benefit to you. I know one of the newer incarnate alphas also brings endurance redux to the table, but I don't remember it off-hand.

For Judgement, Void would fit the melee well. Pyronic and Ionic are excellent choices also because you can use in melee or at range without a problem.

Interface has a few good choices and will require you analyzing your needs by the time you hit 50. If you want pure damage, then look at Reactive. If you need some more defense, then you have things like Gravitic.

Lore pets are all over the place for flavor and utility. Again, if you want more dmg then something like Warworks would be solid. If you want some heals/defense, then check out the various buff pet options. I think you'll want to avoid the Storm Elementals as they have hurricane and would knock your melee targets away from you.

Please buff Ice Control.

I went with Soul Mastery on my Fire/Earth. Soul Drain + Hot Feet + Fissure and/or Tremor = HAPPY FUN TIME YES, and Dark Consumption tends to handle any endurance woes when Domination isn't ready to use.

Incarnate-wise, this is mostly speculation, because I haven't taken mine through that part of the game, but I see Spiritual as being very attractive. It gets those long recharge powers up faster, and the Stun bonus is nice for Flashfire and Fissure. For Judgment, I'd also recommend Void since it keeps you in Melee, and I like varying up damage types when possible. For Interface, just about anything could have synergy depending on what you're going for, with the exception of Cognitive.

I don't have access to my build right offhand, but I'll post it a bit later when I can. It's a cheap but quite powerful frankenslotted build; it may be less than what you're going for, but might also provide a decent starting point.

Edit: Now then, here's the build I mentioned. There's nothing really built for in terms of set bonuses, outside a bit of accuracy and damage to compensate for what wasn't in the enhancements, however it's fairly versatile, solos pretty easily at around x4 or x5, and, as mentioned, can be put together on a budget (though I know you said money wasn't an object).
