So in a comic universe (and this is part 5 of 7 of the story), perhaps, he will die, but the question is whether or not he will remain dead. Numina can resurrect people as well, so the other question is how will he die where he cannot simply be resurrected? Will the well of the furies "react" to this death?
By the way, Peter Parker died in Ultimate Spiderman 160.
