Crashing after 10-30 minutes of gameplay

I got my new comp a few days ago and was looking forward to getting rid of my old overheating one. Problem is that I crash more often now than I ever did with my old comp.
I can load in fine, no problem there. I can play fine for some time but without any sort of warning the game freezes and I have to use task manager to stop it. As far as I know all drivers are up to date and all the parts are working as expected. Any idea what may be causing these frequent crashes?
