Spines question

The devs hate Stalkers.
Why is there no toxic component special to the Assasin Strike of Spines for stalkers?

Well, that or else none of the other criticals in Spines are Toxic damage, and the pattern is to copy the damage type from the other criticals. But the first line is funnier.

I thought the damage was mostly irresistable anyways.
Wasn't it temporary when they tested scaling AS on test?
City if Data lists all AS damage as typed, like ELM a mix of smashing and energy, DM smashing and negative, Claws all lethal... Spines could have some Toxic but afaik all the toxic damage in Spines are in the chance for DoT.

There isn't unresistable damage in PvE, nor was it unresistable when they had the scaling AS on test briefly - the reason given was that it breaks a lot of encounters.
In PvP, it's been unresistable, was made resistable as part if the i13 changes, and I think they made it unresistable again but stopped caring a long time ago.
