I was trying to decide what kind of TW toon to create last night (which i never managed to do so cuz...i couldn't decide) and had a thought hit me when i was concidering a couple of tanker combinations, even though i'm not big on tankers.
The T1 attack for tanks comes with the bruising effect. In all other powersets...the T1 attack is ST. But...for Titans...the T1 is AoE. Does that mean...EVERYTHING you hit gets clocked with Bruising?
