OK looking at my notes this is something I have not tested yet, but plan to do. I can not say that the Escort rescued dialog, Completed text, Clue text. will trigger without a surrounding group. My appologies for posting that.

Q: Would Standard Group--->Empty instead of grey-conning enemies help more?
Hi all, i was working on an AE arc, and wanted to have one mission be non-combat, but rather informational.
I know that there are ways to fine tune a mission to make this happen but am still relatively new-isht o mission building and would like some help or advice.
i made a mission, and have in it nothing but three allies, and an enemy group that is below the mission level, so they spawn grey which is nice so they wont attack. but in order for the allies to be free and speak i still have to kill some of them, which i would prefer not to have to do. sometimes the allies spawn [always atleast one, sometimes two but not all three] without guarding enemies so they simply speak one blurb when i approach.
how would you recommend i fix this mission to make it more story-like, non-combat, and have a little more information? because right now im limited to the one, 100 character blurb they say upon "rescue".
