Anyone else missing purchased Costume Slots?

I just made two new charas to test this, and both had the extra costume slot I bought a while ago. I didn't check all my charas, but I didn't notice any missing costume slots over the last few days, either.
Perhaps you bought the costume slot directly before a backup was made, and when the account data was restored from that backup, the game "forgot" that you bought the costume slot? I suggest sending a /petition.

I forget... do purchasable costume slots now have to be claimed through email?

I saw that during Freedom Beta, but not since. I thought that bug was squished.

A lot of purchased items/powers/things mysteriously disappear from your account. Quitting to desktop and restarting seems to fix this most of the time.
I had this happen with Beam Rifle, two characters on two different servers had BR locked out but a character on a third server wasn't. lulz
