Hello all!

So I have my lvl 46 (almost 47 ) StJ/Regen brute and wanted to see what everyone thinks of this build.

I was mainly going for recharge and +max hp and hp regen IO buffs.

I'd personally drop one of the builders and pick up something else for fun or utility. With even moderate recharge you can have a builder ready any time you need one with three, even if they don't include IS. I haven't played regen in many moons, so I'm not qualified to comment on that.

I'm building my SJ/Regen for s/l defense and getting great results so far at 33 with about 30% defense. Assuming however that you're more interested in trying something different than doing the same old same old, that does look like it would do fine. One suggestion I have is dropping the acc/dam posi from spinning strike and replacing it with the proc - the damage lost is trivial, especially on a brute, and your bread and butter aoe might as well have a good proc in it! Dark Impact is also right that you don't exactly need initial strike. Four slots and a power selection is a steep price to pay for 10% recharge unless you really have your heart set on it. I always take CJ at level 6 and throw a kismet into it at level 7, such is my hatred for missing, but YMM, of course, V. Oh, and I'd stick the hecatomb into shin breaker rather than crushing uppercut. Why? Because then you get twice as many chances for that delightful proc.

personally i've gone for energy mastery with mine and taken physical perfection and focused acc. 6 gaussians (i appologise for my poor spelling btw) in focused acc for the +defense and got 4 numinas in PP, but still tampering with those. I also have hasten in my build to keep my heals coming back faster, recon is down to 16 seconds and DP to about 100 giving a 20 overlap of +hp, hasten is also only 1.3 seconds away from perma.

I'd build to at least 25+% s/l def before worrying about perma DP or anything like that.
