Earth/Time, feels like there all in a time warp

I figured I'd write about this little combo using some early practical experience of Paleozoic the primeval saberkitty with a donuts obsession

The first thing i'd say to anyone trying this is its Extremely team oriented, I could think of weaker soloers but not a ton of them, however it shines amazingly well as part of a team, feeling like I can do the work of two or more controllers, a quicksand+earthquake under one spawn, time patch and stalagmites under another and the team is just churning away at a prolific clip for even pre SO groups. Once some tougher fellow eats that alpha slide right in and let everyone pick the spawn apart

The pairing seems slow and almost dull when things are going smooth but amazingly exciting when the team keeps going ahead and pulls off so much you have to use all your tricks

Pro: A massive amount of controls, most quick recharging, both soft and hard, It took a 3 spawn accidental pull on a max team last night to really force me to use them all, and I was pretty much unslotted.

Pro-Two single target holds, makes it much easier to maintain a lockdown on an annoying boss

Pro: The Defense debuff of earth is always sweet but combining the various patches, earthquake, and a quick stalagmites and even poorly sloted powers can hit purples

Pro: The various group buffs I expect to pick up in later levels will only help, enough spare power choices to pick up the leadership pool a bit too

Cons: Damage is HORRID.. soloing is pretty slow because of that too

Con: End woes against some groups if your team is moving on so fast that they don't realize your sucking end..(did not like the various Mu's for example
Con: AV debuffs aren't as stellar as dark or rad

Anyhow, its certainly a pairing i've enjoyed playing and hope others give it a go too

I have one of these in the 40s, myself, and agree with your observations.

About the damage. procs are your friends for this. I've got I think 3 in Distortion Field and 1 in QS. Planning on adding 1-2 in EQ, too. The 3 in DF make soloing much, much easier. I've fought 0/8 spawns and the proc damage from DF was enough to kill the minions while me and Stoney take care of the LTs and up.

I need to finish the build, lol. It is slated for perma chrono shift, IW, hasten, and even volcanic gasses.
