Knockback and Knockup Weaker?

As I understand it, somebody accidentally turned up the gravity.
So enjoy it while it lasts.

Is that why I keep seeing larger enemies getting stuck rag-dolled into the ground whenever I use Disembowel or Soaring Dragon lately?
They upgraded the physics engine to support Nvidia GPUs, which has been causing issues with ragdoll effects. The increased gravity may or may not be contributing to the problems.
At level 30, my Super strength brute had Mag 1.2 Punch and Haymaker knockback and Mag 15 knockup in Knockout Blow
with these settings, I was routinely sending even-leveled opponents half way across large rooms and flying up off the screen to land roughly 1-2 seconds later.
Now, at level 50 +1....I have Mag 1.84 Haymaker and Punch and Mag 21 Knockout Blow
And I can BARELY get -8 greys with no knockback protection to level of my character's head.
With level 50s, I can just about get them to go over waist level...again where the power analyzer says they have no knockback protection.
Is this as intended? Is this a bug?
I find this incredibly annoying and is a huge shift to the gameplay I have been developing through earlier levels
