I too am having this issue and I am VIP.
I would like to participate in the MR & MRS PERC thing tonite...
ETA: Closing the client and restarting seems to have resolved the issue.

We've identified a problem with the login system which can cause this issue. A fix is coming in a future patch.
There is currently slim chance (<1%) that you will have this problem when you try to log in.
If you get the "You must fill out the account and password fields to log in to your account!" message and are sure you are using the correct login and password, just exit the game and restart and try again.
I've noticed this happening where the existing game password doesn't meet the new password length or complexity requirements.

I can't login to the game. After I type in my username and password and click log in, I get this message:
"You must fill out the account and password fields to log in to your account!"
I tried changing my password, that didn't work. I tried logging into a premium account and it worked fine, but I can't log in to my VIP account!
