Premium Account Question

After lapsing on my most recent payment, I've started unlocking my server slots as a premium account. I've noticed that while I have access to my Beam Rifle characters; I can't access my Time Manipulation ones. Is TM a VIP-only set even after you've purchased it?

If you were VIP, you didn't have to buy Time Manipulation: you got it for free. In fact, you would have been UNABLE to buy it as a VIP.

Street Justice was a purchase for everyone, even VIP, so you'd still have that when you downgrade to premium.

my second account lapsed and ALL of the paid ATs are locked. That account is only about 10mo total paid time though and the toons were made semi recently (when freedom released).
