dechs kaison has a very good guide about dark armor tanks
and get a theft of essence proc and put it in dark regeneration ASAP
The key elements are a ToE proc in Dark Regeneration, adequate knockback protection and defensive softcap from IOs. I personally went typed (S/L/E/N) for my IO set bonus defense but positional defense is a bit stronger if you can work it in. I'd also recommend Soul Mastery for Darkest Night.

and that is prolly the most likely since almost everytime something dark armor comes up i see you posting about it lol
Hi folks. I really never thought I would run a tank again. But my wife just joined the cities, and after some experimentation she is sure she wants me on a Tank to duo with her.
I chose Dark/Dark for various concept/mechanics reasons. I am looking for a softcapped Dark/Dark build. I am already slapping I/Os onto him like mad (at 13th level now) Have thrown Glad+3% Steadfast+3% Steadfast -KB, and a Regen Tissue in so far. I have what should be about 90% of what I need sitting in my base from when I stripped a softcapped Will tank late last year. Just not sure how to fit it in efficiently. Anybody got any good or really good ideas that can save me a few hours piddling in mids?
