New level pacts are disabled. Previous level pacts are still in play. They're out until further notice, though I expect they'll be a paid feature before too long (maybe a couple months).
the reason they were disabled is because the devs would have to retool it to differentiate between the different account levels

Yeah, if they hadn't, there was certainly an exploitable there.
Create new character, create free account, create new free character, level pact to the other new character, then log into super brute and power level your own account for free.

Been away for awhile and was hoping somebody out there could answer a quick question about leveling pacts. I started a new character with my wife and tried to do a leveling pact. When I did, I got a message that said, "Leveling Pact Disabled."
Is this right? A bug? Or has it been abandoned outright by the developers?
Thanks in advanced for anyone who can clear this up for us.
