Does Agility alpha effect the Endurance Drain of Heat Exaustion ?

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.

if heat exhaustion takes end mod enhances then yes

No, the endurance drain in Heat Exhaustion is not enhanceable so it will not be increased by either the Agility or Musculature Alphas.
