The only problem is that it is giving no healing OR accuracy bonus at all. None. Heal with a single generic level 50 IO is buffed at 42.4%, which is the IO alone. Same goes for every power that takes accuracy.

It is giving the level shift.

This is on a Rad/Rad defender, VIP account.

I thought Radiation only had the one PBAoE heal...non-targetable? Least ways that is all my Corr has access to.
