Who Will Die readable once?

I didn't realize that on "Who Will Die" arc, the "next" button shows and explains what's happining in GC. I just hit enter. That is until the third mission of Part 1, when I got curious about what happens when I hit "next" button.

I wanted to see what I missed, but on my next toon to run it, only "enter" was available. Anyone know if this is WAI? If so, it's unfortunate not to have the choice again. Especially for others who may not know or want to see it again just because.
I /bugged it anyway.

Given that the OP mentioned "what's going on in GC", I think they are referring to the panels prior to entering the tutorial, and not the ones for the WWD arc.
