Hmmm, probably a good idea. After I posted I noticed that the thread said "repo.cohtitan.com (distribution site for Sentinel and Mids' Hero Designer)" was supposed to be up. Might be something that slipped through the cracks.

I'm updating this thread because I'm feeling rather stuck. I went to the Titan forums to report my problem, but I can't logon to post a message. I tried asking for a password prompt to be emailed to me and never got it, and it wouldn't allow me to re-register either.
Does anyone know if there's someplace else I can post or email a question about Mids'?

You can PM Diellan_ (note underscore) on the forums here, who is the lead Mids' programmer. I'm not 100% sure if he'll be able to help you because that's an odd issue (one I cannot reproduce) but it's worth a shot if you can't login to Titan.
