Trick Arrow 2.0
Seems sensible enough. Malta get trick bullets.
This has been asked for a number of times. From a concept point of view it's definitely something I'd like to see (at least for AR and DP, Trick Beam Rifle seems a little... silly to me).
Personally though I doubt it will ever happen. The problem is that from a development point of view porting Trick Arrow to another weapon is going to require almost as much animation department time as a completely new power set. Given that I suspect that the devs will opt to produce new powersets rather than doing animation revamps of old ones.

The problem with doing something like this is to my knowledge there's currently no way to change animations based on what weapon is selected, or to change what weapons are available based on what animation is selected. The two systems don't interact, and depending on how they were built it may be rather difficult to make them interact.
Which doesn't mean it wouldn't be awesome, just that it's harder than it sounds.

There's nothing in trick arrow that couldn't be represented by a thrown weapon.
Web grenade
Glue grenade
Poison Gas grenade
Acid grenade
Flash grenade
Sonic grenade
Cryo-grenade
Bottle of Oil
EMP grenade
They've already made the animations for grenades. It would go with any weapon set. No need to remake one for pistols, AR, Beam Rifle, etc.
Here's just a thought, whatever you may think of TA or weapon sets in general, combining TA with DP, AR, or BR is a clunky proposition, and concept wise even with the other sets, using trick arrows may not fit.
What I am arguing is not any actual changes in the set itself, that is able to chose alternate weapon styles for the set, that is you may be able to to select a Trick Pistol, Trick Rifle, or Trick Beam Rifle animations( or in short Trick Bullet Animations),
