Yeah, I've never heard anything about such a set, or anything that I'd interpret to mean that. Can you post a Dev link or something, if you have one?

Other than the gun fu jokes Tyger42 mentioned, the only thing I've heard is that players want Martial Arts as a Secondary Powerset for Blasters. During the I21/Freedom Closed Beta, we were doing our best to convince Synapse that this would be A Good Thing.
He then asked us to post what powersets we wanted to see proliferated, but limited us to one Primary and one Secondary Powerset per AT. IIRC, /MA for Blasters was almost unanimous. Again, IIRC, he said he heard us on the /MA for Blasters desire, but made no promises.
