Argeed...while i say the whole arachnos thing is kool.. minus a few weapons (i,.e vanguard) i think they should expand then all other slots should also have all weapons.
I would swap my widow to the Flat Blades immediately.
I think the only real reason we've gotten against claw customization, is that other claws "wouldn't fit" with some attacks (Poison Dart/Dart Burst/any melee with extending blades)... but really even the Arachnos Widow claws don't fit with those. It's not like there's any kind of obvious launcher/extension mechanism, or even like the darts/blades actually shoot/extend FROM THE CLAWS. (They shoot/extend out from the flat of your fist, cutting through your middle and ring fingers... which one would think would be extremely painful.)
I don't really see how any of the other claws conflict with those animations though.

I wish they could give Widows some options, but problem is darts and toxic DoTs
I gave up suggesting ways to improve Widows.
The devs dont even make new hairstyles or details available to the first slot.
I'd like to say that I play my Widow all the time. She's all I play. However I believe that they should be able to use weapons other than Arachnos Widow Claws on other costume slots other than the first slot. I believe that the first slot shouldn't have an option because the whole outfit is Arachnos themed, but, since the first costume mission says you need an outfit that is less Arachnos, I think you should be able to swap claws, since I think ARACHNOS WIDOW Claws are a little bit of a dead give away. I also think that with some gloves such as the Ascended Radiance gloves, the Arachnos Widow Claws do not fit very well, and claws like the Vanguard Claws would look much better. That's my two cents on this issue.
