Currently the Titan Network (where the Mids' download is hosted) is down after some issues this past week. I would think it will be back at some point soon. Once it is, you go to the Titan Network home page, then select the "Planners" link, and there is Mids'.

there are some poeple who have been hosting the mids download
heres a good place to look for more information on the situation
every link i find sends me to the titan network home page. does anyone know if the site is complete or just bad links, or what?
