My Earth/Earth Build - tell me what I have dont wrong

can no one say anything? I realyl need help with this char!
I hope its not totally bad that i havent made a full build.
Do I need to take Stone Cages, Stone Prison and Hurl Bolder?
Which Epic Pool should I take?
Should I remove Stone Mallet?
Is Fighting a needed Power Pool? (with Domination and the controls i shouldnt be but maybe its a little needed)
Should I take Leadership for Assult to make 15% more dmg?

You've slotted purples and PvPIO's without the build at 50 (can't slot purples before 50), both are very expensive time/inf recipes.
Stone Cages isn't required, but paired with Stalagmites it makes for a ghetto AoE Hold that's up most every spawn.
Hurl Boulder isn't really needed, since your controls are ranged, but if you want a damaging ranged attack, you may want to look at it.
Most high-end build gravitate towards Ice Mastery, for [Sleet]-y goodness, but choose what you'd like. (My Fire/Icy runs Primal)
Stone Mallet is useful, if you want a more complete Melee chain... if you've got it idle, drop it.
Fighting is icing for most builds, I'd grab it if you are specifically building for either Defense or Resistance.
I always like Leadership, mainly because it's a cheap splash for powers (slotwise), and I love seeing multiple stacks of Leadership on a TF.
If you are going for recharge, you need more than just [Hasten] for Perma-Dom. I suggest looking for +Rech bonuses, and slotting those sets, but not at the expense of properly enhancing the power.

ty for your answers.
With this Build above I made I come to 145% Haste. But i read somewhere i need 190% for perma dom. I took only lower enhance sets with lower rechare time like Crushing Impact, Entropic Chaos and so on and not Hecatomb or Apocalypse.
I was tending to Ice Mastery but i was not sure.
Oh you are right i slotted PVP IO's. That wasn't my intention.
Now I have remade this build.
Took in the Ice Mastery, Stone Cages and Leadership, remove the Mud Pots and changed a few IO's
I let Stone Mallet and Tremor inside this Build but I am not sure if this is a good option. With higher recharge and then also perma hast/dom i didnt need them anymore and I can use seismic Smash and Fissure around each 5 or 6 sec or even faster and then Stone Mallet and Tremor are not needed anymore.
I have made two Build one with Stone Mallet and on without it. I am tending mostly to the second one where i dont have Stone Mallet. But I am not sure where i should set the 4 remaining slots.
Can i get somehow the amount of all enhances i used out of mids? Like a list or somehting like that. So it would be easiert to see which enahnces i need to buy.

when I want to remove Hurl Boulder and Tremor against which powers I should I exchange them?
I am tending to maybe Stealth, Hoarfrost or Salt Crystals (but I am not sure whether Salt Crytslas is useful).

I dont want Stone Mallet. And i want to change Tremor and Hurl Boulder to something else.

I would keep tremor ....It is a so so aoe but it comes in handy. Why Don't you want stone mallet??? It is a pretty good ST attack.

Tremor seems a little bit weak. (not much dmg and long activation/effect time)
Stone Mallet is faster then Heavy Mallet but the dmg is much lower. (And some other Earth/Earth doms told me to not take it and focus on Heavy Mallet) Later i want to change a few enhances against the LofG Rech enhance to get more hasten. So that i have a higher Recharge. (that i need for perma dom anyway)
But i have seen a few enhances in your build that i want in my build :-))
Your build is nice because you have many purple enhances so you need lesser slots in each power because the purples give you more % each enhance and higher recharge. My tending is also to change a few enhances to purple ones when i have the money or merits for that^^.
You have no Quicksand in your build. Can you tell me why?
My Build based on your build. I removed Quicksand and put in Salt Crystals for now. maybe i change it again.

I Like quick sand but i found myself not using it often end game. I chose super jump over QS for the knock back protection and i chose invisiblity as a LOTG mule over QS.
I do admit that i have an excessive amount of recharge especially with my build having tier 4 ageless and spiritual incarnate slots but i'm a recharge ***** lol.
I see your point on tremor but it's an aoe that is useful from time to time and it's a good oblit or armegeddon set mule.
I do think heavy mallet is a must though...it's a crucial part of my ST target attack chain. I have a enough recharge that i can alternate between the 3 melee attacks with no down time and i need it for my kinetic combats.
Don't put kinetic crashes into earthquake....it turns it fron KD to KB.
Take the numina proc out of hoar frost and put it in health. In hoarfrost you will only get the recov/regen bonus while hoarfrost is active. In health you will allways have the bonus.
If your taking ice armor you might want to consider going for the s/L defense soft cap . Power boost only last 15 seconds so you will have at least 15 seconds of downtime without soft capped defenses.

if you want that soft capped def, then you're gonna have to put the kinetic combats in your build. no getting around it. you have a lot of wasted slots on other powers to use for it too.
stone spears... 5 slot for the 6.25 rech and leave it alone. the power is weak anyway. that endurance drain proc is pointless. even if it did fire off it wouldn't change the battle. maybe if you were an electric dom specializing in sapping, but you're not.
combat jumping... get that Karma: kb protection outta there. if you're perma dom then you have all the mez protection you need. only a pvp build worries about that. and this i clearly not that.
earthquake... you need to pay more attention to the cap in whatever it is you're trying to enhance. you have the -to hit debuff at 70 when it only goes up to 57. it's giving you 15.75 -to hit. take dampening spirits IO outta there. the set bonuses aren't doing you any good. put 4 dark watcher despair's in there. and make sure you get all the ones with recharges. take that -recharge proc out. it won't change the battle enough to be worth a slot. now you have -15.19 to hit debuff, 5% more global rech, and the power comeback quicker. plus you freed up another slot. (btw, the ach proc is optional in there. so if you really want it i'm not gonna say to remove it).
volcanic gasses... since you cant effect the duration of this power, enhancing the hold is pointless. 4 slot with 4 basilisk's gaze for the 7.5 global rech, and focus on recharge IO's instead of hold durations. the last 2 set bonuses can be skipped, so 6 slotting with basilisk gaze is pointless. throw a damage proc from one of the hold sets i.e. ghost widow's psi, and you're good to go. putting a lockdown mag 2 proc is up to you if you add to this power's effectiveness.
maneuvers... if and when you put those kinetic combats in place you won't need 2 slots for this. just have the LoTG in it and free up another slot.
frozen armor... overkill city once again. 3 slots will make this power work up to par. the 3 slots wasted for that 5% recharge can be use to get you to your desired 45% s/l def. just put the LoTG and 2 hami's in there. that's 53 of the max 59% enhanceable def. more than enough.
for all your melee attacks, including brawl, throw the kinetic combats in there and your defense will be taken care of. combined with the shield, stealth, CJ, and maneuvers.
hibernation... i suggest replacing with ice storm. not only will you never use hibernation because you'll be so sturdy, but you'll kill way faster and control much more effectively. ice storm can already add a potential 500 damage points by itself. add in sleet and it gets even better. which brings me to my next point...
i know you're not fond of tremor, but it's actually a nice power in battle. think about it...
opening attack goes...
power boost (def just sky rocketed to 66% and duration of stun will almost double from 36s to 53s).
stalagmites.
sleet followed by ice storm (once 500 damage, now enhanced by sleet's -res) both doing knockdowns and slows
tremor and fissure both have 4.6s cool downs so you can alternate back n forth. both enhanced by sleet, both adding to knockdowns and stun

I pretty much agree what android is saying. You need kinetic combats in all your melee's for soft capped s/l. My build proves that you can have soft capped defenses and 132% global recharge before hasten.
I do have frozen armor 6 slotted with 5 red fortunes and the lotg +7.5 IO. I wanted as many recharge bonus' as possible.
I have the kb protection in SJ just incase i die and lose my pema dom.... this way i have some kind of kb protection until domination is back up. I probably will respec out of super jump at some point and bring back quicksand.
I use that same opening attack as well and it's pretty friken awesome. I also like to use hoarfrost before i go in to help me absorb the alpha better.
I Only really struggle a tiny bit in incarnate trials because of all that enegy damage....so i usually carry a few more purples when doing bafs/lams/keyes

couple things about your build... first off it's a nice build. just a few things you may want to consider...
1. two slotting hasten will make it perma instead of having a 10s cool down.
2. once you have 45% s/l def, that little extra won't mean too much, so the extra slot in maneuvers can be used elsewhere.
3. since you'll already have perma dom without hasten, getting more recharge isn't helping you much. in my build i have 196 w/ hasten, you have 202. yet every power we have has almost identical cool down times.
you could have the same effectiveness in terms of gameplay, (def, and rech specifically) but do more damage with procs in sleet and VG. and trust me it makes a big difference.
and about quicksand... well this is just my view, but i think it's pointless at the higher levels. things are gonna be stunned, knocked down and slowed most of time. you'll get the -def from stalagmites and sleet. you'll get the slow from sleet and ice storm. so the only real benefit from QS is the -fly or jump. and with the opening stun, things won't be flying or jumping no way. i'd suggest keeping a travel power if that's your thing, or picking up something like Assault. but the last power is no biggie once you have everything else in place. so whatever you pick won't gimp you build. just a suggestion.

example: this is with my incarnates musculature alpha and reactive interface as well as assault.
my seismic smash does 571 damage, 5.93 rech. yours 402 dam, 5.82s rech
my tremor does 225 damage, 4.66s rech. yours 134 dam, 4.59s rech
my ice storm does 507 damage, 31s rech. yours 368 dam, 30.58s rech
so you see even with you having more global recharge than me and having the spiritual alpha. i'm still beating ahead dps by a nice margin and our power recharge in the same amount of time. i must state just one more time how awesome a proc'd out sleet is. like wise with VG.
as for the BAF, you could try using stone cages. i know it stops the minions. i don't think you can stop the LTs. someone correct me if i'm wrong. but the AoE immob duration is long enough to kill the LTs and come back to the little guys.

This is a very cheap perma-Domination build. You don't need Gravitational Anchor set. I added that a while after, when I had enough money for it. You could use enfeebled operation set and still be at perma domination. I now use Positron's blast in Ice Storm.

Make all IO's available in Paragon Market! NCSoft, the chinese are making BIG money selling influence and other stuff in the game. Best way to stop them = make the paragon market a place to buy all IO's and perhaps other things as well.
Here is my build, the only thing I'm thinking of "fixing" is the low accuracy in the melee attacks. This isn't really a problem most of the time as Quicksand and all of the Earth control attacks/Controls do -Defense (even moreso if they're power boosted first)
This was built for recharge and Defense/Resistance buffed by power boost. Has only (1) Purple set.
56.6% Smash/Lethal Resistance
45.8% Smash/Lethal Defense
96.3% Recharge (without hasten)

this is my Earth/Earth Dominator build.
Want to get her on perma Domination. - with incarnation it shouldnt be a Problem i think. But the incarnation is expensive and the char just got lvl50 and has not much money^^.
But I have a little Problem with taking the right powers and enhances. Because i dont know which additional power sets i should take. I took Leaping and Fighting because i was not sure and for perma I took hasten.
