I'd try asking in the server forum or in tech help - haven't been there recently but my friends on justice don't seem to be having issues going by global chat./

Yes I am having the same trouble. It happens on all the servers. It is also happens when I Try to enter port oaks. It seems to happen if my toons where logged out in those zones.
